Knotts 6/18

Wll I had not been to Knotts since I was little and was glad to have come back!

Lets start off with Ghost Rider. First ride of the day and was already an hour wait at park opening. Lots of school groups(Which I hate!) filled the line. The ride itself was fun except for the Roughness. Ow! I did like the drop though, quite awsome.

Second we hit Sierra Sidewinder. My first spinning coaster so I was quite excited. The ride was very smooth, which was suspected being only 3 weeks old. Located in Camp Snoopy, you would think it a family ride. Well it is, but it does pack a punch on the Helix. The line also moves really fast. This was also my first coaster with the video recording thing. It's kinda weird to see yourself on a coaster. Anyway, this ride is not to be missed! I suggest the back car. It spins the most.

Then we ate, blah, blah, blah. Hit Big foot Rapids, didn't get wet.

Next my friends went on Riptide. It's so enjoyable to watch people get absolutley soaked from head to foot. If you don't know what Riptide is, look it up on youtube. I forgot what kind of Ride it is, so the next poster will tell me, but it's like a carnival ride that goes through a fountain.

Time for Silver Bullet front row. It was awsome! The overbank was a nice touch. We waited about a half an hour or so for that. I personally thought it was better than Batman. Then we hit Sidewinder again. Then We rode Supreme Scream! Loved it! Question, are the seats slanted forward a little? Well anyway, lots of airtime on the drop.

Then me and one of my friends waited for front row on Xcelerator. I'd say about an hour. Completly Worth it! I loved the lauch and the top hat! So much Air Time! Then I did that again. Than we hit our last ride, the Calico Mine train, which is an old scenic mine train which is not to be missed. I believe it's the first "themed ride" right?

Well comments and Questions apreciatted!

Glad you had fun! I hope to go to Knott's either this fall or sometime next year. I hate to hear Perilous Plunge was closed though it looks like it would be majorly fun!
