I can manage that.. Still looking around for all my old photos and so far i found a ton of old pics of me and the family from way back when (pre-Paramount days). My parents said they were taken around 1985-88. The park looked so nice back then. No rides just random photos of me standing around.

If your looking for more updated pics i'll keep looking. I'll keep looking anyway. I know i have over 1,000 photos somewhere.

Anyway, anyone know how i can take old photos and put them on a CD. I doubt i still have the negatives.

Indiana Beach Blows Cedar Point Out Of The Water! I'll take a old-time family run amusement park over corporate-thinking any day. Indiana Beach is to the amusement industry what the 57 Chevy was to the automotive industry. On a side note, SFGreat America, Gurnee is my home park. (30 mins away)

I hope to have Kemah Boardwalk photos on here sometime next week when I go to the park on Sunday and hopefully have a ride review of the Boardwalk Bullet.

You know, I liked this idea. I'm going to do a tour of Worlds of Fun. Strictly speaking, it isn't my "home park," as far as proximity goes, but I certainly attend it more than Adventureland, and I suspect that it is actually closer to me than Arnolds Park.

Wow, I have not been here for at least a year. Anyway, this looks like a great idea, but sadly this site has really shrunk since my TN hiatus, so I expect very few people to actually do this. Hopefully, they will, though. I will help and give tours of Sylvan Beach (by the end of the month) Seabreeze (sometime in July) and DL (early september.) DL is about 2 - 2.5 hours away, seabreeze 90 minutes away, and Sylvan Beach only 45 minutes away, but I count any park within 2.5 hours of your location to be a home park.

I saw an onride of Boardwalk Bullet and wow, it's always turning at a blazing rate.

For our friend that hasn't been here in awhile - Nobody regular here does that end signature stuff. That's so another site.

The true park I attend the most and I consider my home park is SFGADV.
Now I realize that Clementon Park is the same distance to me so I could call that my small hometown feel homepark. The truly closest park but it's out of genre for me being a small kiddie waterpark with a dash of rides is Sesame Place. I'll stick to the SFGADV listing.

I post photos in our database and on the Facebook/Space but I'm so not into the mainstream photo hosting sites.

That seems like a great idea. My home park is Six Flags St. Louis, and I go there over 30 times a year so I'll take some photos and post some stuff on the history of it.

Well, I live in Utah, and so my only home park is called LAGOON. Anyone heard of it? Well, anyway, it's small, but has 8 good coasters including a unique Tower LSM coaster!

(Good Idea???????)

I've already visited Wild Adventures this year but I can do my sister's home park, Busch Gardens Williamsburg since we have a trip planned for it. And I'll throw in pics of the Battleship Wisconsin because, well, battleships are cool.

My grandma is visiting from FL next week and she'll be coming along to Sylvan Beach for a couple of hours. I will be sure to do a report of Sylvan Beach. They just got a Super Himalaya (I believe from one of the Jersey Shore piers) a Rotor from TGE, and a mini golf course within the past couple of years.

If any of you can, maybe you might also try taking video clips of your home park and do something like your own personal broadcast, giving us a grand tour of the park from your point of view as you walk around and comment as you go.

As far as POVs go, I'm pretty sure you are permitted to take your camera onto one of the trains that circle the park and even on observation towers (either rotating or on the top deck).

I rode that last July; it wasn't too smooth at night time, but in the morning it was a LOT better and gave great rides. I think it has a lot of potential, but many problems to fix. Nevertheless, a great ride that was something ELSE!

My home park is Kings Island. I live 20 minutes away, been going there since I can ever remember, work there for Haunt and during the regular season I'll be returning for my second season working at the World's Number 4 Coaster (By Mitch's Coaster Poll)....Diamondback!

I'll see what I can do about going to Sylvan Beach during a 70 degree+ day before Summer starts.

^They just got a used Himalaya last year. It runs kinda slow, but it's still enjoyable. I live 45 minutes away from Sylvan Beach, 90 from Seabreeze and 2.5 hours from DL. I consider all of them my home parks, so I'll try to get all of them. It's always nice to know that of probably the 12 enthusiasts that ever heard of Sylvan Beach, 11 love it.

Ok, my Sylvan Beach TR (and maybe video) is finally coming. I got rained out on Monday, so I could only get about half of what I intended to do, so I'm going tomorrow. The photo TR will come probably tomorrow or Sunday night, and the video will come a while after, as I would have some editing to do. I'll be going to Seabreeze next week, and DL the week after.

I'm trying to decide between a video tour of the park, which would be easy to edit, (almost no editing) and a traditional music video, which might be more exciting. What do you guys think?

I would like it, an old seaside park. The traditional rides like the scrambler even looked cool.

^So, do you want a video tour or a music video? Personally, I could go either way.

How about both... mix the tour with snippets of music?

Everytime I ride a coaster, it valleys. I've never been on a stalled coaster or had one roll back (except Wicked Twister and what was Superman: Ultimate Escape, which does that by design).
I'm indirectly profiting from Wes since he's paying Katie to sub-lease her sig, then Katie has to pay me (since she is leasing it from me).

That would be kind of hard to do... While I might be able to pull it off, it would seem kind of hodgepodge. Speaking of which, I'll be leaving now... Photos are coming tonight.
