I guess I never took the time to notice how it's such a beautiful little park. Not the best of rides, but cool for its size. It could really use a big coaster and some more thrill rides and it'll kick it up some more. Sadly, after the accident it's really gone downhill. Not always because of the accident, just not as popular anymore with better theme parks out there. Great PTR!

On vacation next week I already have every coaster except Roadrunner, which I gave up to do more Greezed Lightning/Chang rides. If I stop by for one hour next week I think besides getting Roadrunner I have to at least return for a Greezed Lightning, Thunder Run cycle. After reading this PTR I might have to ride Blizzard River. I ignored it last time but it does have the Penguin name on it. T2 looks like it needs but doesn't deserve a paintjob.
Where is wife Missy?

Penguin's Blizzard Run was a lot of fun -- I was amazed with how much water you took on to your boat while on the course. It was crazy.

Missy couldn't get off work to go with me on this trip -- her boss is being a real jerk to her right now for some reason (I think she -- the boss -- is still jealous that we got to go to California earlier this year).

That's not how I remember it. These pictures seem to be of the nicer bits. I notice there weren't any pictures of the ground around T2 or Greezed Lightnin' or of Chang's station (*shudder*). I actually remember noticing that SFKK was among the ugliest and worst kept up parks I've ever been to.

Huge agree about T2. I knew it wasn't going to be great, but wow...
Didn't find Thunder Run that bad. Actually, lots of good airtime. Would have ridden it more if not for the huge line and the terrible staff and the desire to be at Holiday World and NOT SFKK.
It's too bad that they took out S:ToP. That was easily the best ride in the park.

Great PTR, as always.

I've been told that my photos make even the worst parks seem nice.
I'm not sure if that was a compliment or what?!?!

SFKK is FAR FROM being a nice park imho.
