Smile Ambassadors embark on Orlando for 67 days

In August, Orlando had a contest to find it’s newest “Smile Ambassadors” to find out all about Orlando in just 67 days.  The two winners, Kyle Post and Stacy Doombos, beat out many applicants from around the world to win the title of “Smile Ambassadors”. Both are childhood friends and traveled to over 30 trips and ridden more then 600 rides.

Disney Cruise Line to offer European Trips in 2007

Beginning in the
summer of 2007, the Disney Cruise Line has announced that it will
begin offering multi-day Mediterranean cruises for their European market.

Departing Florida’s Port Canaveral on May 12,
the Disney Magic ship will embark on a 14-night transatlantic journey to its
European home port of Barcelona, Spain. During the ship’s summer stay in Spain, the line will offer both 10- and 11- day
cruises, stopping in eight different ports of call including Florence,
Rome, and Pisa.
All cruises begin May 25 and continue until August 8.

Paramount’s Camp Wilderness Resort to open at Carowinds in 2006

Campers rejoice!

After several seasons without a campground at the Charlotte, NC amusement park Paramount’s Carowinds, the park has announced the renovation and reopening of the campground for the 2006 season.

The campground will now be known as Paramount’s Camp Wilderness Resort.
