• Busch Gardens Williamsburg annouces Verbolten for 2012

    This morning, Busch Gardens Williamsburg Park President Carl Lum, announced Verbolten the newest roller coaster to the line-up the park already has.

    The ride will have multiple launches as well as surprises that can't be found anywhere else in the United States.

      I don't get the announcement of it's not you know...announcing much other than the name which I believed had already been correctly guessed or already announced. And wasn't it public knowledge that it would be mutiple launches maybe similar to the new coaster at BGT?

      I was hoping for some stats or video, maybe some pics at least. Am I missing something?

      Yeah, I'm with you there. Not a lot of actual content here. In the promo shot I like the look of the drop down towards the river, I guess that helps confirm that this ride will also include a Rhine River BBW-esque drop. To be honest Cheetah Hunt @ BGT underwhelmed me so I have fairly low expectations set for this ride which if anything looks to be going for an even more entire family inclusive type ride.
