1. What has been the most challenging part of your job since taking over in June 2010?
Missing my brother Will. We talked on the phone every day or we met in person every day. We’d plan and dream and laugh. I miss him every day. I feel blessed to have had him in my life. What a great guy, we loved each other very much. I still can't believe he is gone. We carry on in his honor.
