ThrillNetwork Kingda Ka Scavenger Hunt Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes open all registered ThrillNetwork.com users. Winners must meet height requirements set by Six Flags Great Adventure. If they do not meet the requirements they will not be able to ride the ride. If the winner is under 18 they must be accompanied by an adult (at least 21 years old). Sweepstakes is not open to employees (and their immediate families) of Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, advertising and promotional agencies. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Grand Prize winner’s parent or legal guardian is solely responsible for all insurance, registration and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

2. Sweepstakes commences April 1st, 2005 and ends April 14, 2005. All entries must be received by April 14, 2005, 11:59 PM EST.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

The Sweepstakes will be posted on ThrillNetwork.com starting on or about 12pm EST April 1st, 2005 and ending at April 14, 2005, 11:59. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the official Sweepstakes entry form on ThrillNetwork's web site, www.ThrillNetwork.com, and return the entry electronically. All entries must be received at ThrillNetwork.com by April 18, 2005, 11:59 PM EST. Incomplete or inaccurate online entry forms and/or entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. By completing the online entry form, parent or legal guardian is agreeing to be notified by email if you are chosen as a winner in the Sweepstakes.

By entering, you and your parent or legal guardian acknowledges compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. ThrillNetwork.com's, subsidiary and affiliated companies, licensees, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other sponsors (collectively the “Sponsors”) are not responsible for entries that may be lost, delayed, mutilated and misdirected, or for typographical errors in the rules, any problems or technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the online portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated or cancelled prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the web site, and any entries received prior to the termination or cancellation will be included in the drawing. The use of any automated system or agent to submit entries in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute over who submitted the winning entry, the holder of the winning first name and email address will be declared the winner.

4. The concept of the Sweepstakes is as follows: Winner will be selected in a random drawing of fully completed and correct entry forms. Step One: 5 "Kingda Ka images" have been hidden throughout www.thrillnetwork.com Your task is to find all 5 Kingda Ka images. Step Two: Fill out your name, Address, Email and Phone Number into the official entry form. Then enter the URL's for each page where you found the Kingda Ka images and add them into the entry form. Step Three: Winner is chosen from random out of all the correct entry forms. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of qualified entries received. Winner will be notified by email on or before April 15, 2005. Winner must respond to the sender by email with accurate notification information within (1) business days of winner notification or will be disqualified. If winner is unable to attend then a new drawing will occur to select a winner.

5. The prizes are as follows:

Grand Prize (1): Two tickets to the Opening Day event for Kingda Ka. Two Nights Hotel Room at the Ramada Inn of East Windsor. (total estimated retail value $700); Grand Prize package does not include transportation, gratuities, meals and other incidentals not specifically stated. Sponsors reserve the right to add or eliminate any element of the Grand Prize package.

6. All prizes are non transferable and have no cash equivalent. Substitution of prizes by winners is prohibited. Sponsors reserve the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize or prizes with a prize of comparable value. In the event that winner chooses not to accept his/her prize, or is unable to be notified, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all of the remaining entries. Grand Prize Winner and his/her parent or legal guardian will be required within five (5) business days of winner notification to sign and return affidavits of eligibility and compliance with official rules and all legal documents which Sponsors may require. Noncompliance with any of the above will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Winner must prove eligibility to Sponsors’ satisfaction. Winner’s parent and/or legal guardian must sign (a) an affidavit of eligibility within two (2) business days, and (b) an affidavit (i) releasing Sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability, claims, demands, and cause of action from personal injury, loss or damage, including death and property damage, theft, or loss suffered or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or the use or acceptance or possession of the prize or any portion thereof or occurring while traveling to be eligible; and (ii) where permitted by law, granting Sponsors the right to use their names, voices, and likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entry into Sweepstakes constitutes Grand Prize winner’s parent or legal guardian agreement to sign such releases. Receipt of any of the prize components of this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. Noncompliance with any of the above will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges and Sponsors, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

9. Force Majeure. The failure to comply with any provision of these official rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of either (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these official rules.
