Official Contest Rules:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The contest is open to any registered user of
ThrillNetwork.com
2. HOW TO ENTER: Log onto your SpeedZone
account and upload your track. One track per month will be eligible for
the contest but you may upload multiple tracks to be hosted on ThrillNetwork's
servers.
3. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: Winners will be selected by our judges
among all eligible entries on the first day of each month after the close
of the contest. Winners will need to claim their prizes when the winners are
announced, and will have 30 days to do so after the announcement. If a
prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, the winner will be
considered to have forfeited his/her prize. The odds of winning depend
directly on the number of eligible entries received.
4. PRIZE: One grand prize of a Six Flags Season Pass will be award to the
first place winner each month for the duration of the contest. Second
and third prizes will receive a NoLimits contest winner T-shirt.
5. WINNERS LIST: The previous month's winner will be kept posted on the Prize
Giveaway page located at http://www.thrillnetwork.com/speedzone
6. PUBLICITY: Winners agree that by accepting a prize, they allow ThrillNetwork.com
full rights to publicize their full name, city and state as means of promoting
and publicizing ThrillNetwork.com.
7. DISCLAIMER: Each entrant agrees to release and hold the Sponsor, its
affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advisors and the employees, officers,
directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its
affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advisors harmless from and against any and
all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in
connection with the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of
any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, and property
damage as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of
privacy. All sponsor(s) or Internet access provider(s) are not responsible for
incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions,
viruses, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or
any combination thereof, inability to access the web site, printing errors or
late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mechanically reproduced, illegible
or postage due entries or mail.
8. MODIFICATION: ThrillNetwork.com reserves the right to modify the official
rules of the contest in any way or at any time by updating this posting. You are
bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to
review the then current "Official Contest Rules" to which you are
