Hard Rock Park, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in September, is up for sale. According to court documents, officials want to sell the park by the end of the year.
The park will not reopen in 2009 if a buyer is not found.
Creditors have until November 13 to file objections, and a judge is set to rule on the issue on November 20, according to court papers.
The park cites the economy as well as a lack of funding for marketing as the major reasons for filing for bankruptcy.
