Kennywood’s president will resign at the end of the month, the company said.
But Peter McAneny, 56, will stay on to help with the transition in ownership to Parques Reunidos. He will stay on for an undetermined time.
The Spanish-based company bought Kennywood and other parks in the chain in June. Before Parque Reunidos bought the park, it had been owned and operated by two families for more than 100 years.
A successor to McAneny has not been named.
