Ghost Town in the Sky opened Cliffhanger Wednesday, July 1 to much anticipation.
According to reports from park patrons, the coaster never ran the next day. The park’s website states that the coaster will not run for the holiday weekend.
The park states that they are “finalizing minor modifications to the grounds and coaster”.

I guess the ride took a Viagra and the park couldn't get it back up.
Its not uncommon for this to happen. Most coasters that have been newly built, refurbed, or moved have a wacky period after they open.
You're really lucky Wes. It's like the very short period in 1997 CHILLER was open.
Not the best news. Hopefully they can get the problems fixed soon. The park really needs the coaster.

I could only find two newer articles, one said it was hairline fractures in the seat structure.
I feel really safe now on my 11 rides!
