This year at county fairs across the country, there are a few rides that are a bit out of the ordinary. Rides that once were owned by the late Michael Jackson have found new homes with ride operators and are offering a small piece of history, along with your ride.
At a California fair, a Spider, Wave Swinger and Zipper were ready and waiting for paying customers that once ran at Neverland.
Over the years, Jackson acquired about 18 rides for his 2,600-acre ranch. Some gradually were swapped out for newer models and hit the carnival circuit without fanfare. Most stayed in place even after Jackson, acquitted on child molestation charges in 2005, left Neverland for good.
Some of the Neverland rides are now as far away as New York’s Coney Island. His Ferris wheel, owned by a Missouri company, has been touring fairs in Arkansas. His Sea Dragon, resides at the Beech Bend. In tribute to Jackson, the park offered mourning fans free Sea Dragon rides for a few days after his death.
Even after Jackson’s death, there is still great interest in anything related to the entertainer, and his former rides are no different.

Steven I believe and I have both been on the Sea Dragon at Beech Bend in KY. I went in June as part of my Southern Rock Tour.
Yeah, I wrote about it... and you didn't even mention my feature. I feel slighted
