Offbeat: Holiday Park helps out coasterphobes

Holiday Park in Hassloch, western Germany wants to help thrill-seekers whose friends are not as adventurous.

Holiday Park has brought in the top expert from German Centre for Fear of Flying. It looks like the park has sold out of the 28 seminar spots, with one person paying $107, or nearly double the actual price at an online auction site.

Thrill seekers had been asking the park for help in getting their phobic friends to ride the roller coaster Expedition GeForce, which the park claims to be the world’s steepest coaster.
