Jul. 15th, 2005 -- Orlando, Fla. – Sea World Orlando has announced plans to build a new water park to be open sometime in 2007. No name has been given to the park which will incorporate marine life and park guests. One of the unique items to the 100-acre park will be a ride that takes guests through a rare dolphin exhibit via a transparent tube. After fielding questions from guests about the rumored park, Sea World finally decided to give visitors answers. Sea World has submitted preliminary plans to the Orange County Development Review Board and as been asked for more information. So far, the only opposition to the planned park is from neighbors in the Williamsburg area concerned about the increase in traffic. Sea World has not released information on how much admission will be. See WESH-TV and Central Florida News 13 for more information. |
