Industry Announcements: PCW announces Halloween plansBy Aaron |
Aug. 19th, 2005 -- It's still the middle of August, but Paramount Canada's Wonderland is already gearing up to debut FearFest Haunted Theme Park, an after-dark event aimed at teenagers and adults that transforms the park into a horrifying Halloween treat. The new attractions, which primarily seek to scare guests with blood and gore, feature titles such as Blood Shed, Slaughter Street Fearzone, Massacre Manor, and Headless Hollow. The park will be divided into three zones: Studio Backlot Bloodbath, Curse of Sleepy Hollow, and MTV Rockin' Scare. FearFest Haunted Theme Park runs from 5-11 p.m. every Friday and Saturday from Oct. 14-31, after the park has closed seasonal operations. Tickets for the park during the event are $29.99. The more intense rides will remain open, but children's rides and water rides will be shut down. Visit Canada Newswire for the press release. |
