AstroWorld closed it's gates for the final time yesterday at 6:00pm. After 37 years of operation, Texans who grew up spending their summers at the park talked about their fondest memories. Many saw AstroWorld as a way to escape from reality, their parents or work for an afternoon. 18,645 attended AstroWorld's final day on Sunday.
