 Nov. 9th, 2005 -- Chris Sawyer, the Scottish software developer of the popular PC game RollerCoaster Tycoon, is suing Atari Interactive for $4.8 million, which he says the computer software publishing company owes him in unpaid royalties. Sawyer alleges and lists 13 instances where Atari Interactive miscalculated, withheld, or deducted payments made to him between 1999 and 2003.No date has yet been set for the case.
