News: SheiKra contractor in pre-lawsuit mediation with Busch Gardens

Nov. 9th, 2005 -- Busch Gardens is involved in pre-lawsuit mediation with the contractor of its new SheiKra rollercoaster, Sultennfuss Inc. A setback caused by four hurricanes last year resulted in extra work for the contractor in order to meet the amusement park's requested deadline.

Trenam Kemker Scharf Barkin Frye O'Neill and Mullis PA is representing Sultenfuss Inc.

Attorney John Vento, representing Sultenfuss Inc., said he expected the case to be settled before it makes its way to court.
