Finance: Former owner guilty of tax fraud

Feb. 7th, 2004 -- A former owner of an amusement park faces 20 years in prison for tax evasion. Gary Harris filed fake returns from 1994 to 1997. From 1997 to 2002, he did not file any return at all. Harris was hiding millions of dollars from the Internal Revenue Service.

Harris was also in prison from 1998 to 2002 on a previous tax violation. Gary Harris was the owner of 112 acre Conneaut Lake Amusement Park in Pennsylvania.
