News: Hong Kong Disneyland adjusts admission plan

By BryanWood

Mar. 2nd, 2006 -- In light of the insanity around the Chinese New Year holiday, Hong Kong Disneyland has adjusted its admission system. The adjustment allows for special days around the Easter holiday to allow people with date-specific tickets to enter who might have been turned away on the specific dates.

The new system hopes to avoid the embarrassment from earlier this year after Chinese and Taiwanese citizens stormed the theme park's gates after being turned away because the park had reached capacity. Some people even went as far to climb over the park's gates to get in.
