An Illinois man, Keith Bays, is suing King's Island for $10 million dollars for being falsly arrested in the park this past May. Two teenage girls accused Bays of making sexual remark and touching them at the park. Police then arrested him.Charges were later dropped due to lack of probable cause. Bays says he was "manhandled, cursed at and assaulted" while in custody. Bays denies any misconduct with the girls. For more information about this story check out the Enquirer or WCPO. |
