By Chris L

Feb. 27th, 2007 -- With the exception of Funnel Cakes, Six Flags Over Texas will have discontinued the use trans fat from its menu items when it reopens for the 2007 on March 10.

Trans fats are found in many processed foods and solid forms of fats, like shortenings and some margarines.
