 Apr. 11th, 2007 -- Two days ago, Six Flags completed the sale of several properties to PARC Management, one being Darien Lake. The park's new owners wasted no time, today announcing several new additions and changes. To begin with, the park is now officially called "Darien Lake Theme Park Resort".Other, more tangible changes include Le Grande Cirque, a circus show debuting June 22. The park will also add a comedy-magic show, a dance performance, and a show for kids called Blake Daring’s Storybook Adventures. The park also intends to feature more local vendors. In addition, the park will introduce new ticket prices for senior citizens and lower the cost of admission after 5 pm. See WSYR9.com for more. |
