The girl and her mother were posing for a picture with Chartrand, who plays Tigger. The mother accused him of touching her breasts and her 13-year-old daughter on Feb. 21.

The girl later told her parents and the family filed a report eight days later.

During a police interview, Chartrand said he has dyslexia, which impairs his memory.
