May. 14th, 2004 -- Six Flags Magic Mountain has settled a discrimination lawsuit by setting up a $5.6 million fund. OVer 150 plantiffs were named in the class-action lawsuit.Officials representing Six Flags say that setting up the fund is not an admission of any wrongdoing. They didn't want the distraction of the lawsuit to interfere with their everyday operations. Plantiffs said that security guards outside the Valenica, California amusement park would question people who looked like gang members and keep them out of the park.
