News: Six Flags Great America announces perks By Jill Anne

May. 20th, 2004 -- Six Flags Great America accounced three special dates where season passholders get to stay 2 hours past park close to ride roller coasters. The program is called Coasters After Dark, and the park hopes it will be very well-received. The announced dates are June 16 from 9-11 p.m. and July 21 and Aug. 11 from 10 p.m.-midnight. The park's 29th season, which began May 1st, includes a number of changes including five new attractions and eateries.
