News: Jacoby named Hersheypark HR Director

Dec. 15th, 2003 -- Frank J. O’Connell, General Manager of Hersheypark, announced the promotion of Kristina L. Jacoby to Director of Human Resources, Hersheypark. In her new position, Jacoby will develop, coordinate, and administer human resource plans for Hersheypark. Jacoby will report directly to O’Connell.

Jacoby Jacoby began her career with Hersheypark in 1998. She has served in various positions within the Human Resources Department, most recently as Manager of Employment.

A graduate of Red Lion Area High School, Jacoby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University. Currently, she is completing her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at St. Francis University.

A national member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Jacoby also is a Junior Achievement volunteer.

Jacoby and her husband Chad reside in Red Lion.
