Bluto's swiped Olive Oyl and Popeye's getting steamed. There's outrageous chaos in store for everyone when you hop aboard Popeye and Bluto's Rat Barges on a marine misadventure that takes you through the unmistakably wacky portwater town of Sweethaven.

A bumping, churning, twisting, turning white-water raft ride. Before the whirling is over, the raft and all 12 of its occupants, have been squirted with water by guests firing from water cannons aboard Popeye’s Boat, spun into an Octopus Grotto where they encounter an 18-foot tall, 14-foot wide creature with five 10 – 12 foot long tentacles bulging with water, and whirled into a fully operational boat wash, where they may become completely soaked.
