Walking into EPCOT, you have no idea about one of two monsters that lies within Future World. Seemingly WDW's biggest park (and a maze to navigate), this may take a little while to find. But, I suggest that you go on Test Track at all costs.

Walking into Test Track's queue line simply makes you wonder. You hear the sounds of an automobile testing facility, and the sights also remind you of one. The line can easily be half an hour from the FASTPASS line (luckily my wait was 10 minutes from there), so be sure to bring something to do. An IPod wouldn't be a bad idea.

Getting into the preshow, you see some dumb pre-recorded video that has the time stamped on it. The time is real, however. The preshow may be dumb, but there is one funny part. The guy asks the girl to put in a surprise test, and she selects the barrier test, showing a short clip of a car crashing into a wall on the side screens.

You wait for a few more minutes before boarding a convertible that seats 6, with 2 rows. The middle seats only have a lap seat belt, while the outside seats have a regular seatbelt. I suggest sitting on the front right seat.

You head up a 90 degree curve, and your seatbelts are checked. You are told to pull on a yellow strap that has no value whatsoever. Then you start the ride by heading up a hill at a nice speed (it seemed to have been faster since my last visit in 2001), and then brake and curve.

Think you've felt a rough road surface before? Test Track's second test will have your teeth chattering. Riding over German blocks is about as rough as it gets without riding a Vekoma boomerang in the back seat. Trust me, it's pretty tough to hold onto anything (including your bladder) during it.

Is there any part of Test Track inside the building that is actually thrilling? Try the brake test. I warn you to hold on for dear life. You speed up to a nice speed, and then you brake and curve, out of control, knocking over some cones. It's pretty wild. You do the thing again, but with ABS on. You have a much more controlled curve.

You head into a room that is "140 degrees Fahrenheit". It IS pretty hot, and it's tough to look up because of the "blinding" light. Next up is the cold room, which is "40 degrees Fahrenheit". It's not THAT cold. After that, you go into a corrosive room that has robots that were "forgotten to be turned off".

You head into some nice high speed curves, increasing the speed each time. "You seeing an increase in lateral forces?" "Sure am." All of a sudden, you miss a tanker by inches. You come out okay, and into a bright room.

All of a sudden, you hear a whistle blaring, and lights flashing. You see a car completely destroy its frame by crashing into a wall. You get nervous, and all of a sudden, you take a curve, stop for a bit, and speed up GREATLY. You head towards a wall, and the wall opens up at the last second (don't worry, it's made of styrafoam), and head outside.

You head down a little drop and start to speed up. Put your arms up, because it feels AWESOME! You curve around a parking lot overly banked (this feels AWESOME) and go into a straight, where you hear a voice say to put the speed up to maximum, and you see a sign tell you that you are at 64.8 MPH. You head around the curve that everyone sees you at, and then slow down and reenter the building.

My thoughts? This was easily Disney's best ride, before Mission: SPACE came in. Later, I might have a review of that up. (People think that Mission: SPACE sucks, but I appreciate the G-Forces and such.) But, for now, I have Test Track only.

The high speed curves outside were one of the best feelings that you get while having fun. It makes you feel completely free of any human restrains, like not being able to fly. Sitting in the front with your hands up is very fun. You feel like you are flying.

Anyway, overall, Test Track is a MUST see. If the Stand-By line is too long, just wait in the single rider line, or get a Fastpass. (YOU DO NOT NEED A SPECIAL TICKET TO GET FASTPASS! FASTPASS IS COMPLETELY FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I liked this ride. the best "stunt" it does is when you see the car hit the wall.. then its your turn. but the walls open and then your outside.,

Nemmy said it all this ride is easily a favorite. The best part are the brake tests and also speeding around the curves and stuff. Great ride easily addictive.

A very nicely theme ride. It didn't even seem like it was going 65mph. I liked all the test you experience before the speed section.

Test Track is a good ride, but it can be better. It needs to go around the buliding one more time or have a 90 degree turn to be really really fun. Anyway it is an 8/10

I wasn't as happy with this one as i thought i would have been. I thought the outdoor part lacked...Big Time! The indoor part was very neat though.... just not what i expected at all. The speed didn't feel that fast either....

This is such a cool ride and the theming is great. It isnt scary for kids and adults will have fun with it. Great ride w/ a little education that is stuck in it.
