After some experiences I've had, I talked with Steven and got the green light for a hotel blacklist. If you've had a bad experience (the continental breakfast sucked or being denied a room because you're under 21 does NOT count) at a hotel, post it here. This will help fellow enthusiasts in planning their park vacations and keep them from getting stuck in the same situation as you did.
Here is the manner in which you shall post about a poor hotel experience.
Hotel Name
Location
Date of Visit
Nearest Park to Hotel
Reason why the hotel was unsatisfactory
Additional Comments
Here is one bad experience I had
Hotel: Country Hearth Inn
Location: Williamsburg, VA
Date: Late March 2004
Nearest Park: Busch Gardens Williamsburg (obviously)
Reasons: Beds were stiff as boards, and according to the hotel rules,
BGW and Splash Country guests are not entitled to pool privileges and continental breakfast. I will post a picture of the rules I took when my computer arrives with my moving van.
Additional Comments: This place looks charming, and is decent priced. Don't be fooled; you're better off staying at a Ramada or Holiday Inn.
