How steep is that drop? I think that the drop being indoors ruins it.

I dont see how the drop being indoors ruins it. Its actually half indoors and half outdoors which lends to its thrill and disorientation. Its probably a standard 60 degree drop.

Its not half out doors! Just the lagoon you land in and a tiny bit of the drop are outdoors on the one at IOA.

I dont know bout the one at IOA, but I recal the one at USH is 90 ft., and it drops at 65 degrees.

I think the indoor drop makes it better...adds to the excitement by not letting you judge how tall the drop is.
I was disappointed with the Florida version. I had expected more. I almost liked their log ride better.

ok, so most of the drop is indoors. i think thats better since you can't see where you're going. The element of surprise is the best element for any ride. it just doesn't get you very wet. Which can be a good thing.

i think that it is probably a little more than 60.... that ride is steep....... but anywhere close to Perilous pLunge
