Idea to fix low rate percentage in SpeedZone

I have noticed, and been bothered by the low amount of rates in SZ. I have seen coasters for NL that have been downloaded over 200 times and have 1 or 0 rates and comments. I like to get feedbak on my rides and others. When less than 1 percent of downloaders rate, that will not happen.

It would be nice to implement a system similar to that of CoasterSims. They have a policy that you must have rated at least 20% of the coasters that you have downloaded to continue downloading. This would boost the amount of rates and comments. I just get really annoyed when I see a coaster with 187 downloads and no votes or comments.

But then people would write crap just to make up the 20%.

When I say crap, I mean like when people put "Oh, great ride!" and thats it.

Some one already tried to get a rule like that in Speedzone, and I think they didn't want to do it cause what Pcw said.
