What could make the ultimate parks

For years, I have been pondering about dream ideas for huge different types of parks after being huge into RCT as a kid. One would be an annual funfair, the other would be a seasonal amusement park, and the other would be a year round theme park resort.

The funfair wouldn't be like a county/state fair, but would be like a huge carnival, with over a hundred different rides, as well as other kinds of attractions, shows, and wide selection of fried foods. It would be open for a month each year from 10 AM to 1 AM.

The amusement park would be like Cedar Point times ten, with tons of roller coasters (from the scenic railway, to concepts yet to come into way) and tons of more different rides, like flat rides (kiddie, family, and thrill), water rides, dark rides, funhouses/walkthroughs, transport rides, and more. There would also be a large waterpark to go with it, like Soak City and Wildwater Kingdom. Of course, it would also have very little to no theming, the amount you'd see in any traditional amusement park.

As for the multi-leisure theme park resort, it would have all kinds of different stuff. It would be a realized version of the super huge Dubailand project. The resort would contain many theme parks, waterparks, hotels, resorts, shopping complexes, and more. There would even be an area that would be much bigger than Downtown Disney and Citywalk (which would also have a massive indoor entertainment center with over a thousand arcade games and other stuff). The theme parks would be from Disney/Universal quality to Busch Gardens quality. Another thing it would have is a safari park where would drive through seeing many animals. There woould also be a park that's similar to Discovery Cove and Disney's rumored Night Kingdom. It could also have an indoor theme park like Ferarri World.

What else would you like these things to have? I know there are more to be made, but I'm wondering what you could come up with.

Realistically speaking, that is a pretty wonderful collection. My only gripe with it is that instead of putting the water slides in the water ride section, it could have its own section on waterpark stuff. I kinda like how it doesn't have any kiddie rides lol.

Give me a park with ten steel roller coasters (standup, inverted, floorless, flying, impulse, hyper, GIB, 4D, suspended, LIM/Launched) in a middle of a concrete lot or empty field and even if nothing else I would still be a pass holder for life.

Oh and put it in South Texas, Florida, or Southern California so it can operate year-round.

Carowinds is a Krispy Kreme away from perfection since they already have a Chick Fila. I still don't mind the Chick Fila is closed Sundays.

That is frankly a pretty weak coaster collection, I can think of plenty of parks with equal or better collections than that... Off the top of my head SFGADV, CP, SFMM, KI, KD heck even Carowinds. Almost sounds like a park like Wild Adventures in Georgia (plus an intamin strata tossed in).

I totally agree regarding free parking, I never realized how much that type of small thing is appreciated until I visited Knoebels for the first time.

As far as my ultimate park, it would probably resemble something like Cedar Point or Great Adventure (a massive ride and coaster collection including several stellar rides that are among the best out there) combined with the beautiful setting of a park like Busch Gardens Williamsburg, along with some very well themed and immersive non-coaster rides like you would find at Universal Studios.

Yeah, I was just thinking that about the coaster collection too. It seems pretty weak overall. If you are going to go with anything by Vekoma, I would get a GIB. I think their GIB's are their best designs by far. The rest of the line-up for me would include the following: Intamin Strata, B&M Hyper, Mack Impulse, GCI wooden coaster, B&M inverter, and an Arrow runaway train. Then to top it off, a 470 foot Intamin Giant Drop in the center of the park.

I'm not much into flat rides, but the ones I'd like to have are the towering ones: S&S Space Shot, Parachute tower, Observation Deck, Intamin Giant Drop. Anything that can enhance a park's skyline and appearance from a distance, I am all for it.

I'm treating this like it's a park that's been there since the 70's that's built into the mountains somewhere.

    STEEL:
    1- A 320' Intamin Giga Coaster that's a hybrid between Intimidator 305 and Millennium Force. (Opened 2010)
    2- A Stealth clone (Opened 2008)
    3- A 150ish foot B&M floorless (Opened 2005)
4- An Intamin Mega coaster (Like Expedition GeForce) (opened 2003)
    5- A 130ish foot B&M invert (Opened 1999)
6- A Chance Kiddie coaster (like Wile E. Coyote [sfog]) (Opened 1998)
    7- A Vekoma boomerang (Opened 1986)

11- A GCI Woodie (Opened 1996, marks when attendance picked up)
12- An Old school Intamin dueling woodie (Opened 1988. Between 88 and 96, they built the water park)
