I expect a Luna Park setup with a mouse, flywheel launch coaster with horse cars, portable flying coaster for the short term with the addition of Rollerskater and Thunder Run. I'm thinking in terms of small additions to go with the main attraction: the waterpark.

I agree that the park will play host to the water park. That's what they have done at Holiday World. What I don't get is why they would add a slew of carnival sized coasters similar to Luna park? They have more room and the ability to offer something unique. Not to mention Why would they rely on Zamperla when they have at Holiday World looked to so many other companies.

Because the park needs to grow and bring back the revenue before they install anything really big. Gotta be safe and smart with this park.
I'd rather not see another Six Flags Worlds of Adventure blunder happen.

There will be no coasters or possibly parks. The Koch's have pulled out of the deal. I am thinking the issue is with the fair board. Since Ed Hart couldn't get it done, and now the Koch's, maybe the fair board should sell the park outright. Of course, they wouldn't be able to use it during the fair and they would lose parking revenue more then likely, so that won't happen.
It sounds like the fair board has a bunch of idiots on it. While the Koch's would have been great for it, I think Ed Hart would have done well with it also. I don't think they realize that their window of opportunity is passing.
