I must say one thing about these entries.

While the inspiration is there, and each entry was unique, the sheer amount of 90 degree banks are unbelievable found on two of these entries. Yes, they are fun to ride, and can either throw you into the seat or do some odd form of sheer weightlessness, but that doesn't mean nearly all the turns NEED to be at 90 degrees. I vote mainly by how real the ride is and the forces exerted, followed by smoothness of transitions and then the pace. I can understand 1-3 90 degree banked turns, but there is simply no need to throw in a 90 just cause you can.

Outside of that little issue that seriously annoyed me, the rides were amazing.

Agreed, the 90 degree turns were a bit much, but I really liked both #2 and #3, #1 was a more traditional layout which hurt it in my rankings.

Shawn's was quite unique, never thought of doing a first drop like that.

In defense of my 90 degree turns. I had to make most of them 90 degrees because of the forces. I actually had trims on it, but decided to remove them just because....well...no one likes trims, lol. But it made the rest of the ride go into the red with laterals because they were so sharp, so a lot of those were necessary. A couple could have been removed though.

I am there with Shawn. I only intended on putting two 90's on my track, but had to put the others in just to keep the laterals in check.
