So just to recap, which parks do we think are getting coasters next year?

Yeah, I would agree with that. Although I think Six Flags America still needs a coaster, I know it won't happen at all.

Star flyer for SFOG by the looks of it. I'm still holding out for a new coaster in a year or two; I just don't want the park to wait 6 years again.

And get a high capacity roller coaster too. SFOG is never going to win me over with all the low capacity roller coasters they have in the park.

Drive thru portion of the Wild Safari park in NJ is ending. I worked on this story this afternoon.

SFSTL posted this on fb today:

Lame. It's the boomerang. The paper clip even forms the boomerang shape. I guess it's SFOT's. At least it's not SFGADV's Bizarro with a cobra roll.

Have Premier make a new boomerang train. Oh wait, we're still waiting for that new GIB train.

Even if Thunderhawk and I agree it's Bizarro #2 in the chain it's my Bizarro #1 of floorless coasters.

Full Throttle, the SFMM new coaster, might get the world's tallest inversion, unseating Gatekeeper? Just turning 180 degrees is an inversion?

The Great Escape has finally hinted something off on facebook it does look like a Euro Fighter. I bet Six Flags Great America is getting a new thrill ride for 2013

TGE is the perfect park for a Euro Fighter. Two EFs in New England seem appropriate. I thought SFNE could have got one in the past. I'm glad The Great Escape never installed Serial Thriller that eventually went to La Ronde.

Six Flags never intended to install Sieral Thriller they just needed a place for it to rest until they found a new park for it. The bob sled coaster has to go because of the noice it makes it has to close at 6:00. Six Flags St. Louis said that they would hint something off on facebook this week and they still have yet to post it -__-

While it probably is a Sky Screamer for SFOG I'm still hoping for something with more thrill. For me personally the only thrill from that is my fear of open heights. Most people enjoy rides like these for the view and the tranquil feeling experienced soaring through the air; we still need THRILL rides apart from coasters.

I don't think Six Flags Magic Mountain is getting a coaster parts would have been showing up by now.

A new clue for SFGAM the park posted today on the fb. They may be pointing it may be as high as the observation tower but going in the other direction. Perhaps a mid-park Star Flyer.

Why would parts show up before an announcement? Trust me, the coaster is coming...

*The dark tunnel makes an appearance! She might be the most chill host of these Six Flags webisodes. Reminds me of Kennedy from MTv 15 years ago.

The last time I was there I was staring at the monorail tunnel. Tatsu was just markers then. Not a wing rider obviously. A small Premier train can fit though .

The Scape might be smoking something. They said the SFNE Star Flyer may be delayed a year and something else is coming

Parts for a Sling shot have been showing up and if the coaster was coming parts would have been showing up by now

It also could be for a new Intamin flume

Another rumor: it would make sense if <acronym style="cursor: default;" title="Six Flags Great America">SFGAM</acronym> did move all the kiddie lands to just one area because of their space constraints. I could see the Iron Wolf site being reused for that.

This is <acronym style="cursor: default;" title="Six Flags New England">SFNE</acronym>'s latest tease:

Six Flags St. Louis spilled it out on facebook (saw the post) there getting Flashback from Six Flags Over Texas. All of the kids areas at Six Flags Great America are all near eachother so they are just merging them all together. Six Flags New England has cancelled plans for a star flyer

I think it's stupid for SFGAM to be hyping up 2013 if they're not getting a major attraction such as a new coaster or thrill ride. If they simply made one mention that they would be making an announcement on that August 30th about 2013 and that was it, it wouldn't be a big deal. With all the hints they're giving and hype they're trying to build on Facebook, it will look pretty stupid if it's nothing major. You can say it's just enthusiasts who would care and make a stink but it's not. Most hardcore enthusiasts are fairly understanding. People will write all sorts of negartvity on their page about the new announcement.

Look at what happened to Cedar Point when they announced Dinosaurs and Luminosity. People went nutty on their Facebook because they weren't getting a coaster. Even when they did announce a coaster, some people still complained. My point being is that Six Flags is really hyping some of their announcements including Great America's. If this turns out to be some minor improvements or new show, kid or family attractions, make sure to get out of the way of the angry people on Facebook.

Depending on where SFSTL is going to put up the boomerang I know Batman used a Batarang weapon. It probably would cause as much pain as riding this boomerang.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batarang

From the beating you may come off a little batty. I don't think that kind of saying would work for a ride souvenir shirt.

Are the colors to SFOT Flashback blue and red or blue and magenta? Superman: Krypton Chaos. Doesn't Kryptonite make Superman wriggle in pain?

I guess they figured a boomerang wasn't worth the cost of trademarking something.
