If you are experiencing problems reaching ThrillNetwork.com, ThrillNetwork.net, or any of our other sites, we wish to inform everyone that the problem is not with our servers, equipment, or with our hosting provider, Escape.com. Everything is functioning normally within the data center.
The problem has been traced to a terminated link between Level 3 and Cogent Communications. Level 3 terminated the link this morning, denying its own customers access to Cogent Customers and vice versa. This makes it beyond ThrillNetwork.com’s control.
So far, we have seen the following ISPs affected, but not all customers in those ISPs may not be affected:
- Road Runner
- Earthlink
- MSN
- Verizon
- Juno/Netzero
