10/2/2003 Two property owners adjacent to Indiana Beach's popular Cornball Express coaster have filed suit that no building permit was properly filed prior to the coaster's construction. As a result, they were never notified of the park's intention to build a coaster along the edge of their property. A separately filed federal suit also seeks damages as well as limitations on the ride's operation--which could interrupt the plans of many thrillseekers next season.
