FUKUOKA, Japan -- Paramount Parks has announced plans to open a major movie theme park in Fukuoka Prefecture (Japan) in 2008.  It will take three years to complete with construction to begin in 2005.  The park's size is estimated to be close to the size of Universal Studios Japan in Osaka.
