Prepare for Air...Alton Towers is well known as the home of unique, ground breaking rides. New for 2002, prepare for the next generation rollercoaster - Air, which is more exhilarating than anything before. Air will give you the opportunity to fly, lying face-down, your face inches from the ground! At dizzying speeds of 70km per hour, this multi-million pound ride will give you the freedom to experience a flight of fantasy like no other.

We've also got a fabulous brand spanking new Big Top, which houses an amazing action packed illusion on ice! Guaranteed to thrill and enthral the whole family, the stunning illusions were created by the world famous magician Wayne Dobson. (Runs from June to November - some illusions may be unsuitable for very small children).
