The Force will mingle with Disney magic for longer then expected this year. Due to the popularity of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Disney-MGM Studios has extended the Star Wars Weekends event for another two weeks.
The festivities include Star Wars characters walking around (including a Jedi Mickey Mouse), a Star Wars Legends show with the filmmakers, and "Who Wants to be a Jedi?", a Star-Wars based version of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?". Among the new features are a presentation on the making of Revenge of the Sith and a walk-around "Darth Tater" character, a fusion of Darth Vader and Mr. Potato Head. This is the sixth Star Wars Weekends celebration at the park. It began May 20 and was scheduled to end June 12. Visit PR Newswire for more.
