Finance: Bonfante Gardens faces a financial bind

Jan. 23rd, 2004 -- For the first time in three years, Bonfante Gardens theme park in Gilroy, California is late on their bond payments.

Experts say that Bonfante Gardens could have been sold off had it not been for its first profit-yielding season in 2003. Since the park shows potential, it won't be liquidated yet. The parks and its creditors are working on a solution so they can keep operating.
