Hong Kong Disneyland is set to open three months before its scheduled opening and on budget. The park will open Sept. 12. Disney's 11th park and the Hong Kong government's largest capital project since 1997 cost $3.5 billion and may draw 5.6 million visitors annually. The government invested eight times the money Disney did to build the park. In comparison, Orlando's Walt Disney World had more than 15 million visitors in 2004, Amusement Business reported.
