Oct. 5th, 2005 -- OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - Recognizing that Halloween is one of the most popular days of the year for taking pictures, Sprint (NYSE: S) and Fuji Photo Film, U.S.A., Inc., are adding to the fun by sponsoring the Picture Perfect Halloween Photo Contest.
From Oct. 4 to Nov. 9, consumers can submit photos at www.HalloweenPhotoContest.com in a variety of Halloween-themed categories for a chance to win the grand prize: a trip for four to Hersheypark in Pennsylvania for the Hershey Trick or Treat Adventure in 2006. The first-, second- and third-place prizes in each category, respectively, are a FinePix Z1 Fujifilm digital camera, a Sprint PCS VisionSM Multimedia Phone MM-A800 by Samsung® and 500 free digital prints from Fujifilm.net.
The Web site is chockfull of information for creating a spook-tacular Halloween, including great recipes from Kraft Foods, decorating ideas, collectible famous monster portraits, photo-taking tips from the New York Institute of Photography, scary stories, and a map of haunted places across the United States.

The 11 contest categories include: - World’s Best Pumpkin - World’s Most Incredible Kid Costumes (three age categories) - World’s Most Incredible Adult Costumes - World’s Most Incredible Pet Costume - World’s Cutest Baby Costume - World’s Spookiest Decorations - World’s Best Make-up - World’s Most Spooktacular Picture The grand-prize trip for four to Hersheypark for the Hershey Trick or Treat Adventure in 2006 includes air travel on American Airlines, accommodations at Hershey Lodge and $300 in “chocolate currency” to be spent at the Hershey properties.
