Posted at 10:47 PM EST (0347 GMT)

Nov. 9th, 2005 -- Chris Sawyer, the Scottish software developer of the popular PC game RollerCoaster Tycoon, is suing Atari Interactive for $4.8 million, which he says the computer software publishing company owes him in unpaid royalties. Sawyer alleges and lists 13 instances where Atari Interactive miscalculated, withheld, or deducted payments made to him between 1999 and 2003.

No date has yet been set for the case.

I hope that he wins the case if it turns out to be true that Atari is cheating him.

But poor Chris, he only has $30,000,000 so far.

Fair is fair - but I hope he builds some hospitals and does charity work with his money.

Some Middle Eastern Carpenter said this about 1972

If I had 30 mil, I'd try to get 30 more. If the money is his- he is entitled.

Yeah, I hope he does charity work...best way to keep from paying taxes on that wad. There are other loops too...
