Thar's pretty cool, is it a media day, or open for anybody? I wish parks would od this more often, in order to satisfy the thrillseeker in me during the winter. That's why Knot's Berry Farm is good.

Its an Screamin' Swing, from S&S Power. Its the same thing that Cedar Point also gets in 2006. And alot smaller versions of it is at other parks.

The ones at Valleyfair and Cedar Point is the biggest, and has 40 seats.

/ No, the Thorpe Park and Kennywood rides are the 36 seat Screaming Swings. Cedar Point and Valleyfair!'s will be the largest capacity Screaming Swing rides in the world when they open.

The only reason they are doing this now is so they can put it in the books as an '05 addition so they can have that much more cash for the '07 addition.

I heard about this even on the news but didn't think about commenting until now. I thought it was weird since it doesn't open for so long. But hey, it got some press obviously so maybe that works out for them too other than budget reasons too.
