A 71-year-old man visiting Walt Disney World with his wife and granddaughter was pinned under a boat when boarding the Peter Pan ride. He apparently slipped on a moving walkway as he was getting on board, and was pinned under one of the passenger boats before an employee was able to stop the ride. He was flown to a hospital Tuesday evening after being freed from the ride. He reportedly was in "very stable" condition with scrapes and bruises. The ride was closed for the rest of Tuesday, but reopened Wednesday after it was determined that there were no mechanical problems on the ride.
