News: Knoebel's adds new attractions for 2006

Apr. 27th, 2006 -- Knoebel's Amusement Resort is adding new attraction for the upcoming season. The Flying Turns roller coaster is under construction and some other new rides are among the park's new lineup.

Knoebel's is hoping to open the Flying Turns wooden bobsled coaster sometime this season. However, the fact that none of these rides have been built in the modern era will mean the ride will take time to build.

Also new to the park this year is a 3D Theater that will rotate movies on certain days. The park has also added a game called "the Dog Pounder". Also, the park is marketing "The Looper" as a new ride since it opened so late last season.

Knoebel's opens for the season on Saturday, April 29th.
