News: 2 workers injured at Six Flags Fiesta Texas

May. 8th, 2006 -- Two Six Flags Fiesta Texas employees were injured in an electrical explosion Friday while working on a ride.

The contractors were working on Tornado, a Proslide Tornado.

The men were airlifted to the hospital, where they were listed in critical condition. A fire department spokesman said that judging by the injury, one of the men was in contact with a wire.

Both men are expected to recover.
