News: Frankenstein's Hauted Castle named #1 walkthrough attraction

Jul. 20th, 2006 -- Indiana Beach's Dr. Frankenstein's Haunted Castle at Indiana Beach was named 'Favorite walhthrough attraction' by DAFE for the 2006 season. The ride had previously earned a #2 ranking in the category for the past four years. Over 90 rides were nominated for awards by DAFE this season.

The Castle is offered as a 'specialty attraction' by the park, and costs extra outside of the park’s wristbands for rides. The storyline involves the relocation of the castle from Frankenstein’s headquarters in Transylvania, brick by brick.
